- 10g honey
- 6g garlic
- 3g sesame oil
- 1 fried egg
- 5g sesame oil
- 5g sesame seeds
Method
-
1
Prep everything first: wash and trim the spinach and red cabbage, then measure out the sauce ingredients.
-
2
Boil the soba noodles for 4-5 minutes, then rinse in cold water to remove starch.
-
3
Stir-fry the king prawns over high heat for 2-3 minutes until pink and curled.
-
4
Whisk the hot sauce, soy, honey, garlic and sesame oil. Add to the pan and bubble for 1-2 minutes until thick and glossy.

-
6
Build the plate: soba noodles first, then the veg and king prawns, spooning over any remaining sauce. Finish with the sesame seeds.
-
7
Bulking upgrade: add the 1 fried egg, sesame oil for extra energy-dense calories.
